Unopened and unused products can be returned to Naya Health within 14 days of receipt. A $100 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. No returns on open or used items will be accepted.
All Naya Breast Pumps (excluding flanges and bottles) are warranted for one-year from date of purchase against material defect and workmanship. There is a 30-day warranty on flanges and bottles. The warranty period begins upon shipment of your product. If you believe that your Naya Pump has a defect in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Naya Health warranty does not apply to defects resulting from any customer actions, such as mishandling and product abuse, water damage, dropping the pump, knocking the pump over, improper interfacing, operation outside of design limits, misapplication, improper repair, or unauthorized modification. Sanitizing flange attachments in the dishwasher will void the warranty.
TROUBLESHOOTING YOUR ORDER
Many issues are resolved with our customer service agents when moms submit questions about their pump. We also have a certified lactation consultant on staff to work closely with customers about milk expression or comfort issues.
If you have an issue, get in touch with us via email@example.com. We will work together to resolve your problem as quickly as possible. If we are unable to resolve the issue, Naya Health will authorize a replacement when the following conditions are met:
- The customer has contacted customer support with the pump and followed troubleshooting protocols over the phone with our customer care center.
- The mechanical or technical performance of the pump is determined to warrant replacement under our warranty.
If Naya Health has determined that a replacement is warranted, we will send a return label for you to send your defective part. After our team inspects the parts to determine whether it falls under the warranty, we will send you a replacement. Naya Health does not accept returns without the above conditions being met. It is your responsibility to package your pump appropriately so that no damage will occur during transit (i.e. covered with bubble wrap, flexible film, and foam). If inadequate packaging is used and the product arrives damaged, the warranty will be void and the repair will be charged accordingly.
